Currently I've been learning about Reality Transurfing and it's quite fascinating. [book: Reality Transurfing by Vadim Zeland]

If you think about the layers of change or existence of a person it can be split up into three layers in a way. 1st is Actions, which can be looked at surface level or the crust of the planet. 2nd is Beliefs, which is getting deeper into a person but not fully, just like the mantel. 3rd is Identity, which is the core of a person and the planet.

When you learn to shift your Identity that's like doing the 80/20 pareto principle of improving your life. If anyone else is into this please do hit me up. Would love to discuss your experiences.
