Greetings - Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.

Sometimes the thing that stops you from creating or doing or being the thing you want in life is your own mind. You say to yourself, "If I get this thing then I'll be able to do that thing. If I get to this point in life I'll be able to be at this level and will be ready to start. If I get this piece of gear I'll finally make good music/art." You're just wishing and waiting for a day that'll never come.

I've learned in retrospect that it's better to just use what you already have at your disposal and to just start. Eventually you'll get better. And anyone who has done anything creative knows deep down inside that they wish they had started sooner.
